Facebook has pushed an update to its Messenger App for iOS, bringing a couple of useful features including ability to create groups and message forwarding.

To create a group, just tap the new ‘Groups’ tab from the lower menu and select ‘Create’. After naming and allotting a group photo, you can add people into the group. You can also “pin” groups to get easier access to them directly from the groups tab.
Another notable improvement in the updated Facebook Messenger is the ability to forward messages. You can now forward a message to another person or into a group by just tapping the message and select ‘Forward’ from the menu.
Additionally, Facebook has also brought other improvements in the Messenger app regarding its speed and reliability, the latest 4.0 version is now available to download from the Apple iTunes Store for free.
