[dropcap type=”2″]F[/dropcap]acebook today introduced a new ‘buy’ call to action button for ads and page posts which allows the users to buy a product directly from a business, without leaving Facebook. It’s currently on testing phase, limited to a few businesses in the United States.

The announcement was made on its business blog, specifically pointing out “…None of the credit or debit card information people share with Facebook when completing a transaction will be shared with other advertisers, and people can select whether or not they’d like to save payment information for future purchases”, so this feature doesn’t effect users privacy and also ensures safe and secure payment transactions.

The new feature will be available on both mobile and web versions of Facebook. And there is no words on public rollout.

What you think about this new feature?
