For around a year, Twitter has been testing a feature that will allow users to share their tweets only to a subset of people that the users can decide. This feature is similar to Instagram’s Close Friends feature and the company is calling it ‘Twitter Circle’. The intro page of the feature popped up on the screens of some users but the company said that it was because of a bug.
