After a month of passing a bill in the parliament to legalize cryptocurrencies, Volodymyr Zlenesky has signed a bill to establish a legal framework for operating a regulated crypto market. This decision was taken as the country has received donations worth millions of dollars to help the country amidst the war with Russia.
