According to a press release by Trump Media and Technology Group (TMTG), the former chairman of the U.S Donald Trump announced that he’ll launch his social media platform named ‘TRUTH’ social. Trump said that his social media platform will stand out to the oppressive rule of the giant techs, as he has been kicked out of various social media platforms, and his user’s Ids were also banned, earlier this year for violating their policies. The ‘TRUTH’ social media platform is set to launch a beta version in November and only some guests can use them. The first implementation is anticipated in the first quarter of 2022, said the press release. Trump proved his aspiration by creating a rival social media platform and said, “I created TRUTH Social and TMTG to stand up to the tyranny of Big Tech. We live in a world where the Taliban has a huge presence on Twitter, yet your favorite American President has been silenced.” He indeed said that the company’s end at creating “a rival to the liberal media institute and fight back against the Big Tech companies.”

TRUTH Social app will be launched through a new company formed by a cooperation of the Trump Media and Technology Group and Digital World Acquisition Corp, listed on the Nasdaq, as per its statement. Near the beginning of this year, they launched the platform which was referred to as a blog but it was permanently shut down less than a month after it was launched., it did attract a bit of the audience. Later his senior assistant Jason Miller announced that it was just supplementary to the broader efforts we’ve and are working on. Trump added “Everyone asks me why does not someone stand up to Big Tech? Well, we will be soon!.”

North America technology journalist, James Clayton said that the Trump platoon is making a big

deal about it, and there is no sign that the company has a working platform yet and that the site has just a registration page and that if he wants to share his thoughts, he’d need Twitter or Facebook and he needs the big tech platform to let him back but that won’t be any time soon. The TMTG team also announced that it is introducing a subscription videotape-on-demand program, featuring ‘non- woke’ programming. In July this time, Trump charged the big tech-Twitter, Facebook, and Google stating that he was a victim of suppression. And from the time he was banned he has tried to get heard online in various ways.
