Facebook has rolled out an update to its Messenger app for Windows Phone with a couple of anticipated updates including voice messages support and emotions.

The update which brings Facebook Messenger app to Version 6.0.0, includes several features that makes the app more like its iOS and Android versions.

Voice messages support is the notable addition in this update, which Facebook says has been “one of our most requested features.” Now you can record and send voice clip within the Messenger app.

According to the Windows Phone Store listing, Facebook also brings other improvements to the app including some which help you save data usage.
